Help & Frequently Asked Questions

Use this guide to find investigations, understand evidence assessments and take part in Tradivior’s community.

Where is Login on mobile?

Use Menu in the fixed bottom bar. Join the Club and Log in are inside the menu; duplicate header controls have been removed. The bottom bar also opens Discover, Explore, My DNA and Club. Join and Login are kept in the navigation menu; repeated header, banner and footer prompts have been removed.

What is Curiosity DNA?

Curiosity DNA starts automatically on this device and develops from the investigations you spend time reading. Existing pause choices are respected. Recommendations appear once there are reading connections to show, without an activation block. A visit counts after 30 seconds in a visible tab and reaching 25% of the article. Three distinct investigations begin forming an archetype. Your recent reading shapes related recommendations, with an explanation for each connection. You can pause tracking, remove individual visits or clear device history. This describes reading interests, not genetics, personality or beliefs.

Is my Curiosity DNA saved to my account?

Your article history stays on this device, with up to 100 visits retained for 180 days. Logged-in members can manually save a broad reading-format mix to their account, without sending article titles, IDs or topic history. A separate visibility choice joins similar-reader discovery: participating members can see your public display name, community profile link and shared reading styles. No one joins automatically. You can turn visibility off or delete the account profile from Curiosity DNA. Matches appear only when other members opt in; new account registration remains closed.

What does Tradivior investigate?

Tradivior explores why human traditions developed, what they mean to communities, and what historical and scientific evidence can tell us about them. India and South Asia are a major foundation, alongside traditions from across the world.

How do I find an investigation?

Open Explore to search a question or keyword. Combine topic, region, culture, tradition, era, investigation type and evidence-assessment filters to narrow the archive. Clear filters if a search is too specific.

Does “Evidence Supported” mean every claim in an article is proven?

No. Read the conclusion and the individual dimensions of the Evidence Profile. Historical authenticity, scientific mechanisms, experimental results and evidence of original purpose are separate questions. An assessment summarizes the claim discussed; it is not a universal guarantee or a score for a culture.

Where are my saved investigations stored?

Your saved list is stored in this browser on this device, with room for up to 100 investigations. It does not sync through your account or across devices. Clearing browser data removes it. Saving can fail if browser storage is blocked. Use Saved in the navigation to open or remove items.

Why do sharing options differ between devices?

When supported, Share investigation opens your device’s sharing menu. The available apps depend on your device. Copy link is available separately; if automatic copying is unavailable, a selectable link appears.

How is Today’s discovery selected?

It rotates through published investigations. It offers a starting point for exploration, not a ranking by popularity or scientific certainty.

How can I contribute or challenge a source?

Browse the community forum. Existing account holders can log in to suggest an investigation, discuss evidence or share a tradition. Include the article link, the specific claim and a useful source when challenging evidence. Do not post private information or restricted cultural knowledge.

Can I create an account?

Visit Join the Club for current registration availability. Existing account holders can log in, open the Club and accept the public membership choice. Your display name and bio appear in the member directory after you join. Reading and public discussions remain accessible without an account.

What can Tradiviorans do in the Club?

The Club brings together questions, polls, discoveries, member profiles and follows. Your circle shows public contributions from people you follow. Replies to your conversations appear under Replies to me. Contributors are listed by published Club contributions. Contributions and replies from members are reviewed before publication; reports go to moderators. You can edit your public name and bio, delete your own contributions and replies, unfollow people or leave the Club from My profile. Saved investigations remain device-local; reading DNA has its own privacy and matching controls.

Do community votes determine conclusions?

No. Reactions and polls belong to the discussion. Editorial conclusions depend on evidence and can change when stronger sources or substantive corrections warrant an update.

Where can I read your standards?

Read our Editorial Standards, Evidence and Sources Policy, Corrections Policy and Community Guidelines.
